Lip Blushing if done right will be pain-free and you will not feel much with our new secret lip blushing technique. Ruby uses Permablend and Tina Davies pigments, we intentionally choose lip pigments that don’t contain titanium dioxide because this metal can make pigments on lips turn bad after sometime.
